Unique polyubiquitin K63-linkage-specific antibody

Distinguish K63-linked polyubiquitynilated chains

Modification of proteins by addition of K63-linked polyubiquitin chains
is implicated in a variety of cellular events, including DNA repair,
signal transduction and receptor endocytosis. Other lysine linkage
results in different cellular mechanism (eg K48 -linked polyubiquitin
proteins are degradated by 26S proteasomes).
