Data file should be used to describe the dataset
The data file should include the following information to improve interoperability:
variable name - short name (they should respect the requirements of standard software) - eight
label - short description of the variable name; values of variable ex male/female
width - number of characters of the variable length

label steady life-partner
width 10 character
Variable related to same phenomenon should be placed together in the dataset
File naming
Meaningful but brief names without spaces. Use - or _ instead of spaces
Version number
date creation
description of the content
